Protecting our Customers and Employees is Our #1 Goal

To Our Valued Customers:

The health and safety of our customers and employees is extremely important to us. Superior Elevator Inspections, LLC is continuing to monitor developments related to COVID-19 and are taking this outbreak very seriously. We are following the guidelines of CDC and other health authorities to provide the safest environment for all. While our inspectors are available to continue providing the services you require, we are observing the following procedures to ensure a safe experience for our customers and employees:

  • Sanitation continues to be a top priority. Superior Elevator Inspections, LLC employees are exercising all of the practices necessary to stop the spread of germs as recommended by the CDC (see link below).
  • Employees are being advised to stay home if they are experiencing (or return home if they begin to experience) any symptoms that could be related to COVID-19.
  • We have advised our employees to suspend handshakes and physical contact with fellow employees and customers at this time.
  • Customers are asked to notify us as soon as practicable of any potential instances of illness involving  anyone located at or associated with the facility.
  • Superior Elevator Inspections, LLC is waiving any late cancellation charges due to a COVID-19 related cancellation.
  • While keeping health as the number one concern, it is also important to maintain a current operating certificate and the Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ's, aka the State in which your conveyance is located) are requesting notification of any inspection cancellations. Covid-19 does not relieve you of any responsibility or liability related to your elevator or other conveyance device.

We are privileged to serve you and will continue to provide the highest level of quality service and communication around COVID-19.
